We are a female led craft cocktail pop-up cocktail bar based in Brighton & Hove. We pop-up at several regular venues around town and we offer a full bar for corporate and private parties.

Our signature cocktail menu changes monthly and takes inspiration from seasonal ingredients. We use high quality spirits and infused sugar syrups, our own alcohol free Brighton Bitters and vegan foamer, specializing in using unprocessed sugar sources.

We take a zero-waste approach wherever possible, and we strive to be ethical at every level of our business. Our main aim is to produce delicious and fun cocktails in an inclusive and friendly environment.
